Baqala offers imported Saudi snacks, grocery products, and related items for sale in Pakistan. By placing an order on our website, you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into binding agreements under the applicable laws of Pakistan.

2. Products & Availability

All products displayed on Baqala are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities, update product information, or discontinue any product at any time without prior notice.

We make every effort to ensure product descriptions, images, and details are accurate; however, packaging, labeling, or product appearance may vary slightly from displayed images.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are subject to change without prior notice.

A flat shipping fee of Rs. 350 applies to all orders across Pakistan unless otherwise stated.

Baqala reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order due to pricing errors, incorrect product information, payment issues, or technical errors.

Payments are processed through approved payment methods available on our website.

4. Order Acceptance

Baqala reserves the right to refuse, hold, or cancel any order at its sole discretion, including but not limited to:

  • Product unavailability
  • Pricing or listing errors
  • Payment verification issues
  • Suspicious, fraudulent, or unauthorized activity

Customers will be notified in case of order cancellation.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Baqala delivers across Pakistan. Estimated delivery time is 2–3 business days; however, delivery times may vary depending on location, public holidays, courier operations, or unforeseen circumstances.

Baqala shall not be held responsible for delays caused by third-party courier services or circumstances beyond our control.

6. Returns & Refunds

Returns, exchanges, and refunds are subject to our Return, Exchange & Refund Policy.

Return shipping costs, where applicable, are the responsibility of the customer.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including but not limited to text, images, graphics, logos, product descriptions, branding, and design elements, is the exclusive property of Baqala and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

Baqala shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website, products, or services.

Our maximum liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the relevant order.
