Refund policy
All products purchased from Baqala can be exchanged within 5 days of delivery only under the following conditions:
Eligibility for Return / Exchange
Returns or exchanges are only accepted if:
- The product is damaged, defective, or faulty at the time of delivery
- The product delivered is incorrect or does not match the order
Customers must notify us within 5 days of delivery to request a return or exchange.
Return Process
- Contact us via WhatsApp or email with your order details
- Provide clear photographic evidence of the issue
- Our team will review the case and respond accordingly
- If approved, the customer will be required to return the product at their own cost
Replacement Policy
- A replacement will be provided if the issue is confirmed from our side
- The customer must return the incorrect or damaged product before replacement is processed
Refund Policy
- Refunds are only applicable if replacement is not possible
- Delivery charges are non-refundable
- Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer
- Refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days after approval
Non-Returnable Conditions
Returns or exchanges will not be accepted if:
- The request is made after 5 days of delivery
- The product has been used or opened
- The product packaging is damaged by the customer
- Items purchased on sale are not eligible for refund
