Refund policy

All products purchased from Baqala can be exchanged within 5 days of delivery only under the following conditions:

Eligibility for Return / Exchange

Returns or exchanges are only accepted if:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or faulty at the time of delivery
  • The product delivered is incorrect or does not match the order

Customers must notify us within 5 days of delivery to request a return or exchange.

Return Process

  • Contact us via WhatsApp or email with your order details
  • Provide clear photographic evidence of the issue
  • Our team will review the case and respond accordingly
  • If approved, the customer will be required to return the product at their own cost

Replacement Policy

  • A replacement will be provided if the issue is confirmed from our side
  • The customer must return the incorrect or damaged product before replacement is processed

Refund Policy

  • Refunds are only applicable if replacement is not possible
  • Delivery charges are non-refundable
  • Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer
  • Refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days after approval

Non-Returnable Conditions

Returns or exchanges will not be accepted if:

  • The request is made after 5 days of delivery
  • The product has been used or opened
  • The product packaging is damaged by the customer
  • Items purchased on sale are not eligible for refund
